Dear Readers of this Blog, please note that Google advertisements may appear in this blog post. They were not solicited by me and I do not profit from them. I did request particularly that Google not place them within scriptures which I often use in my blog posts. It appears they have honored that request of mine. Thank you Google!

The Visitors' Center of the Rome Italy Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will feature full size marble replica statues of the Christus and of the twelve apostles.
In this continuation of a series of blog posts featuring the emphasis given in the Book of Mormon, Another Testament of Jesus Christ, regarding the importance of all mankind's accepting and serving our Lord Jesus Christ, I now feature the story of the reactivation of a Nephite member of Christ's church by the name of Amulek who lived in the Americas in about 74 B.C., who although just previously not having been living the life of a Christian which he had professed to be, the Lord led the prophet Alma to his home where he, Amulek, accepted him and learned from him and provided for Alma's needs. Through this, the Lord prepared Amulek to turn around his life and become one of His valiant servants.
Alma, Chapter 8 (you can listen to this while reading it by clicking on the word, Listen at the top of your screen after this scripture appears on your screen.)
In Alma Chapter Ten we are told of Amulek's difficult but successful missionary work in the city of Ammonihah. Amulek, like Alma had become a prophet of the Lord Jesus Christ only after first going through the difficult process of conversion to the Religion of Jesus Christ. Once again you can listen to this scripture while reading it.
Alma, Chapter 10 (Once again, you can listen to this while reading it by clicking on the word, Listen at the top of your screen after this scripture appears on your screen. After you have finished reading Chapter 10 you will realize that the account of Amulek's teaching in his home town continues on into following chapters. You are welcome to continue on, but for the purposes of this blog post of mine I suggest end your reading at this time at the end of Alma, Chapter 10 and go on to the next Chapter listed below this picture of the Book of Mormon.
Now, please read and also listen to the teachings of this humble yet very inspired Nephite prophet of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amulek:
The Words of the Prophet Amulek Regarding the Lord Jesus Christ
